SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Destinations
MOM’S CHOICES currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the USA through our fulfillment partner.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping costs $4.99 USD. Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $99 USD or more after discounts, excluding taxes. Your shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing and Delivery
Orders typically require 2–5 business days for processing after payment and order acceptance. Standard carrier transit typically takes a further 2–4 business days.

Please allow approximately 4–10 business days for processing and delivery under normal conditions. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Product availability, order verification, holidays, and carrier delays may affect these estimates. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you with an update.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately if you need a correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters processing. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Orders
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us at sudhashah2003@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and assist you in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
