RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our dietary supplements, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including for unopened products. This does not affect claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items or any rights provided by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly, within 30 days of receipt, if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, label, and packaging.

After reviewing your claim, we will notify you of the resolution. Approved claims qualify for a replacement at no additional cost or a refund for the affected item.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived, contact us promptly and no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members and the carrier, and contact us for assistance.

Cancellations and Address Changes
Orders may enter processing shortly after payment. Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation or address correction. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will email you when your refund is issued. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.

Please Contact Us Before Returning Anything
Do not send products to the fulfillment facility or the address on the package without receiving instructions from us.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
